What is your return policy?
SkiFood LLC will accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise that was purchased from www.ski-food.com so long as such merchandise is in a sellable condition with the packaging intact and is accompanied by valid proof of purchase. SkiFood LLC will provide a credit for the price paid in the original form of tender when the return is accompanied by a valid receipt and is made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
How do I return my www.ski-food.com order?
To return your merchandise, please visit our contact page and include the following information in the message section of the form:
1. Enter your order number
2. Enter shipping zip code of original order
3. Within 24 hours, SkiFood LLC will provide a USPS mailing form via email. Print the mailing form and drop the return item off at the USPS at your earliest convenience. You can use any packaging you like - including the packaging the SkiFood LLC products arrived in.
Do you accept exchanges?
SkiFood LLC will accept exchanges of unwashed, unworn merchandise that is in a sellable condition with the original packaging intact that was purchased from www.ski-food.com so long as such items are accompanied by valid proof of purchase and the exchange is submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Price adjustments will not be made for merchandise that is purchased but later marked down.
How do I wash my SkiFood apparel?
We suggest washing in cold water and hanging to dry. The items have been preshrunk, but with all clothes they can shrink. If you do dry, use a low heat setting.
The French Terry Sweatshirt should only be hung dry to avoid shrinkage.
